Thank you for considering The Dutchman's Caterers.
The Wessel Family and the dedicated staff of The Dutchman's have been serving the Lower Mainland with our famous smorgasbords and excellent service for over 40 years.
The menus offered are suggestions and can be changed to your personal preferences or considerations; therefore, you will find us receptive and approachable to your needs.
We will cater for any number of people from 40 to 400, although prices stated are based on 80 guests.
There is a per person surcharge for groups of less than 80 guests.
Gratuity and HST are not included in the per person prices.
All of the full service buffets include Royal Doulton Classic White china, silverware,
wine & water glasses,
carafes of ice water on each table.
Linen napkins and tablecovers can be provided at an additional cost (see Linen page).
Service staff is included at a ratio of one per twenty-five guests for buffets and one per fifteen guests for served
dinners, unless other arrangements are made.
If you have extra decorations, ie. gifts, centre pieces, mirrors etc., we will be happy to place them on the tables.
With full service events we will serve the coffee and tea to the guests.
With full service events we will cork your wine bottles at no additional fee and place them on the guest tables.
